We have grown ferroelectric
Pb(Zr0.48 Ti0.52)O3 (PZT) thin films by rf magnetron sputtering
in Ar/O2 atmosphere at substrate temperature around 600°C. We
used three different types of electrodes: Pt, YBa2Cu3O1-x and SrRuO3,
all are metallic at room temperature. For electrical characterization
we have used the Radiant Technologies System (RT66A) for P-E hysteresis
loops and fatigue measurements on different capacitors structures.
Our results showed that the use of SrRuO3 improve the fatigue behavior
of PZT ferroelectric capacitors. |
