The three-dimensional ion implantation technology to solve industrial steel frailness causes by dis-solved hydrogen and oxidation processes is applied. The samples made of the SAE 4140 steel of the standard configuration are subjected to the extension load of 100 kg/mm2 in the standard acid liquid substance. It is shown that the fragility degree of the samples implanted in the 10 and 20 kV discharges with a dose of 3x1011 cm-2 significantly diminishes.
