En este trabajo se presenta la instalación y adecuación de un horno en la cámara de vacío de un sis-tema de Pulverización catódica R.F BAE250. El horno calefactor alcanza temperaturas hasta 900°C, , además se presenta el acondicionamiento y conversión análoga digital (A/D) de la señal de voltaje proveniente de un termopar tipo J incorporado en el horno, para luego desplegar y alma-cenar los valores de temperatura automáticamente en memoria.

In this work we present the installation and adjustment of an oven in a Sputtering R.F BAE250 vacuum chamber. The oven reaches temperatures to 900 °C; furthermore, we present the voltage signal conditioning and analog to digital conversion(A/D) coming from a J type thermocouple lo-cated in the oven to display temperature and store it automatically.
