Se construyó un maniquí antropomórfico utilizando una estructura ósea natural y para los tejidos blandos material (JJT), cuya respuesta dosimétrica y propiedades físico-químicas son muy simila-res a las del tejido humano. La dosimetría se realizó con cristales TLD-100, calibrados bajo el pro-tocolo “Procedimiento de Calibración de Detectores de Estado Sólido para Dosimetría in vivo” del Organismo Internacional de Energía Atómica (OIEA) [1] Para verificar las dosis prescritas, se ubi-caron los cristales a diferentes profundidades en una distribución irregular en el seno, con el objeto de compararlas con las calculadas por el sistema de planeación Prowess 3000, además se verificó la dosis absorbida en reja costal y pulmón como órganos críticos en este tipo de tratamientos. Los resultados del presente trabajo, junto con otros obtenidos en trabajos anteriores, buscan crear un protocolo de control de calidad a los tratamientos de Radioterapia que se aplican en los Centros Radioncológicos del País.

An anthropomorphic mannequin was constructed by using a osseous natural structure and for the soft tissue, a (JJT) fabric material, whose dosimetric response and physical-chemistry properties are very similar to those of human tissue. The dosimetry carried out with crystals TLD-100, cali-brated under the protocol "Procedure of Calibration of Detectors of Solid State for In-Vivo Dosi-metry" of the International Organization of Atomic Energy (OIEA). To check the prescribed do-ses, the crystals were located at different depths in an irregular distribution in the breasts; in order to compare such to those calculated for theProwess 3000 Planning System. Additionally, we veri-fied the dosage absorbed in the costal grate and lung as they are critical organs in these types of treatments. The results of the present work, together with others obtained in previous works, seek to create a protocol of quality control for radiotherapy treatments applied in the nation’s Radion-cology Centers.
